A friend of mine has had theirs for over a year and one time it stopped working. He wrote to them and they ended up sending him a brand new one, for FREE! He did need to provide a video of him destroying the old one but what amazing service!! He told me to just make sure that back it up just in case anything happens to the device it can all be recoverable.
