Unfortunately the support network was not very helpful, I was waiting for a transaction to appear in my coin account. The said transaction was lost & returned back to original coin loosing me a small sum due to the unknown mistake, but this doesn’t happen to all users so don’t think it’s an awfully common occurrence.
