Failed Bitcoin to Etheruem exchange which lost funds.I initiated an exchange via blockchain.info from bitcoin to ethereum. The funds left my account. More than one week later after no return of funds I created a support ticket at Shapeshift. They explained an error had occurred their end and that they would escalate the issue. I then received notification that the transaction had been completed. Funds were back in my account, but no etheruem, it was bitcoin. I lost out large percentage due to price fluctuations and was also charged for this transaction that wasn't.I won't be using Shapeshift again, and cannot understand why Blockchain.info use them as their default exchange partner.
