I had the displeasure of working with the P2PB2B Team. At first glance they seemed all organized and professional and once the payment was made all the mockery started. The lead listing manager dumps the duties to a supposed client servicing manager but I quickly realize there is a complete disconnect and they have not passed any information to her. I was like a dog chasing my tail trying to get all the information to them they had not asked for. The KPIs of the listing were short of what was expected; wrong pricing, wrong timing was a whole disaster. In the end, we decided to not work with them. A complete SCAM.
