You can exchange 1 coin for a different coin at a very reasonable rate and the exchange is actually quit fast. I did a couple of test runs, exchanging DGB for Doge using changelly and it was seamless and as fair as any exchange. This will help so much and is such a game changer for bitcoin and alt coins. Very exciting stuff for sure.
