I was locked out of my account after 2 tries. I was using the 2fa correctly both times. Customer service's only answer was "try again later". Dear Kucoin- you are a platform that manages assets on behalf of your clients. "I don't know" and "Try again later" are NOT acceptable resolutions when a client get locked out of an account because of a flaw in your system.
