A maximum of 100,000,000 POINTS will be in circulation. 30% of those POINTS will be premined. Out of those, 21 million will be offered in the Crowdsale. New POINTS are introduced into the system through a process often called minting. Namely, unused POINTS have the ability to produce new coins, at a set annual rate. So the more POINTS someone has, the more POINTS they will create over time for themselves.
