THE ABOSLUTE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. For OVER 9 months I am attempting to get a 2fa deactivated. With the purchase and data transfer of a new phone the 2fa must not have populated. I have sent in passport, holding a passport, my picture in front of HITBTC statement, drivers lisence front and back, kyc doc & bank statement, The name of 2 coins in the wallet. I do NOT have access to a hash ID for transaction I made well over a year ago. My identity has been verified, my IP and email address verified and have had the password reset. I do not know what else is needed and there is no live person to speak with to get the account accessed because it appears as soon I stated I did not have any hash id's HITBTC has hijacked the account. I was attempting to sell a coin before it completely tanked and now down to .07 from $4.50. they cost me ALOT of time and money. 5 different customer service reps all sending the same blanket statement. 2 have replied asking if the isssue was resolved and when I say NO I get the same statement asking for a hash id I repeatedly stated I do not have nor can I obtain, I am going around in circles. This exchange does not value the members and if you have any IT issues beyond your control you will not get a resolution. There are many other exchanges with spot on customer service so use those before this one. If this is the only exchange to purchase your desired coins transfer them out immediately.
