Oh gosh I cant belive it
I reached out to hitbtc support after loosing my 2FA device. They never helped me remove 2FA from my account. It's a serious issue.After 40+ emails talking to support and sending them pictures of my passport too, right now they stopped answering. When they do answer their emails seem to be automated.
