Lost $100 using this exchange. Instead of withdraw they're just took my LTC. All I have instaed of LTC is Just a random set of hex digits, instead of real TX hash. Looks like hitBTC did not sent TX to blockain. Tx hash is not found on any blockchain explorer or mempool but the balance is empty. Support says "we are sorry" and stopped answering. Waiting 5 days already.
