Had a lot of problems with this platform from day one. I still have some XRP and some other coins stuck in the exchange. They won't let me trade, move or withdraw the XRP. I didn't get any answers after contacting support, but it looks like they have enough personnel to ban the users who are complaining on their main page chat. This platform looks like a fraud and I would stay away !
