During the last year I wrote to their support team several times. The first time because my transaction stuck (December 2017), and it was solved after a week. And couple of times I just asked them a question. I was answered during the day. They are really supportive, but unfortunately it may take time for them to answer… I’d prefer to be answered immediately.<br/>Well, when it comes to the toolkit, I’d say it is quite good, all the most important options are available here.
