Well where should i begin? My password didn't work, so i contacted the customer support to reset it, on the 24th of november...6 Emails later i'm standing still on the same point as then. I've sent them all the details i remember about my account, a photo of my ID, a photo of me bsides an email of them, the creating date of my account and the security code. But everytime i answer to a request, they send me a new request. It is absolutly annoying and a desaster...but it looks like i'm not the only one, who gets treated like this. They have enough proof that this is my account, but it seems as they are not willing to reset my password, so i can cash out my money. My advice, do not create an account on HitBTC!
