Hello Mrs Anastasia,Problem solved in less than two hours.As usual, after settings, backup is first thing to do. Overlapped duties postponed this important step and ....no 2FA backup.Asked to remove 2FA key from account and, after sent proof of identity and wallet ownership, done, removed 2FA key and can operate again.Many thanks to support team.
