Excellent and extremely quick customer service. I had forgotten my PIN on my account. I had to gather a lot of documentation in order for Freewallet to bypass my old PIN so I could get back into my account (this is a really good thing). I went back and forth with the customer service agent through emails. Our conversation moved along at the speed of a "text message". As soon as I would send an email, I would get a reply very fast. I need had to wait for a response. My issue was resolved and within days, not weeks like I had first thought. Thank you Freewallet!
