These guys are awesome! I exchanged BTC for Dash last night and received a network error, BTC removed but no Dash deposited. This morning I checked the transaction report and it showed 6+ confirmations. I called the number from the help section was asked to leave a message. Rather than leave a message, I figured I would check the Slack to see if anyone else has had the same issue. Within minutes JP called and asked if I had just tried to contact them! (Remember,I didn't bother to leave a message.) I explained the situation and he quickly walked be thru the simple steps to refresh the Dash blockchain info. Go to Wallet-Dash-click on the Dash Logo. He said they now have a newer version than the one I was using and to update my Exodus. I thanked him and told him I did not want to take anymore of his time and he said, "That's OK, We like talking to our customers!" Seriously! These guys not only have a great product but know what great customer service is like! Thank You JP!
