I had used this service prior for an swap and had no issues. So when I needed to use their service again I was not as reluctant as prior. I did learn something that I was unaware of: which is the deposit address changed from the prior swap, I assumed they were static / (always the same deposit address for that coin). Not the case. Anyway I sent BTC to the old BTC deposit address I had saved prior, but it never showed up. Here is where I can not say enough GOOD THINGS regarding customer service. After trying to figure things out on my end after a few weeks, I had resolved to the fact I messed up and lost the BTC I sent, BECAUSE I DID NOT DO THINGS CORRECTLY. But I decided to reach out and see if by chance somewhere on the blokchain the people who know how to search it could find the missing BTC. I sent an email to customer support explaining hwat I had done and provided them with the transaction info I got from the location I sent the BTC from: long story short I have received the BTC I thought was Lost!!! I would give them a 10 star rating if it was an option. For as I am concerned the person I communicated with did excellent work and resolved my concern/ issue to the fullest!! I will not hesitate to use this service again. For what it's worth I would like to give shout outs to at least two people who I know were involved Saurav & Renju, I am sure there were others but I know these two were, THANKS!! You Rock!!!!!!!CM
