At first I give this rating of one star. Later in the process I give them a 5 star. I entered a purchase order for BTC through Simplex with credit card. I never received my coin but order showed as complete. For 2 weeks I worked with support and they kept asking me the same question over and over. Very frustrating. After the first week of nothing, finally someone on the team said they would work on finding my BTC. No communication for days at a time. After a week, I received email that they had sent my coin to another address and would have it corrected. The address I had initially given them was the wrong one on the order from Simplex. In the end, I was glad the team found where my money went and I give them a 5 star for a job in correcting the error.
