I made a transfer of 0.0305 BTC on Jan 4th to my outside wallet and I still have not recieved it in my wallet. I sent a support request 6 days ago and still no response! (ticket #104394). This is extremely poor service.I made another transfer, this time 0.0145 BTC, to Shapeshift from my Coinjar account and that payment was not received also...that was 6 days ago! !!!(ticket #107873)What trust can I have in this company if payments cannot be made withina respectful timeframe...it has been days, slow blockchain, not enough confirmations, what’s going on?! No communication, that is also the problem.I'm very disappointed with the service. I need to have payments processed as soon as possible.***The problem was with my ledger wallet. It wasn't updatingmy amounts.All resolved now.
