They are terrible, I communicated with them over the span of 24hours, and are inadequate to deal with KYC procedures. Swiftx are perfect, they did everything from start to finish in less than an hour, and I had a lot more ACTUAL technical problems than with coin jar that was not swiftx’s fault. Swiftx can call you and talk with you, and communicate, not like coin jar. Just terrible experience and I’ve been in crypto since 2013.Aaron and Larry are the worst, and yes if I know them by name, they must be bad
