Terrible. Customer support is non existent. They are holding $40k and won’t clear/release it ... been 4 days now. Will not respond. They have disabled FB comments on their page, won’t respond via twitter or calls. Don’t do it.Edit to their answer. The response took 3 days. They accepted money from my account last week - no problem. My second deposit from the same account was rejected. Coinjar have changed the rules or made a mistake - one or the other. You cannot accept money from my account one week but the next week reject a deposit from the same account. My criticism still stands. Customer service is terrible and when they make a mistake they won’t take responsibility.
