Service and support is deplorable, in fact pretty much non existent
The platform is ok, the fees are good which is what got me in. However the service is absolutely deplorable! They're the tiger airways of exchanges. i've tried soooo many times for simple support and they refuse to give me 1 phone call, and i'm a high transactor. The customer experience lets them down so much, i recommend using swyftx, you cant compare the service
