Took my personal information then went quiet! DO NOT USE this company!
The company took my personal information, then didn’t open an account or answer my email. I applied for an account as I wanted an exchange with GBP options, I applied and was informed:"Dear Customer, Thank you for providing your details for verification. Regretfully, we cannot proceed with your application. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regards, Coinfloor Team"An email to their customer services team remained unanswered. Wish I’d read the other reviews before applying, as my experience appears to be a running theme.Coinfloor just took my personal details. It’s worrying that I have no idea as to what information they have retained or what they have done with my personal information. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.UPDATE: Coinfloor also reported my review as “defamatory”, rather than deal directly with the specific actual issues I encountered. 🤔 Most companies would take the opportunity to attempt to resolve a problem!
