Misleading and expensive!

First of all, I thought the add on the homepage was misleading to say the least. It quite clearly states, 'Instant Access' and 'No Documents to Upload'.Without initial verification, I was able to sign up and deposit a limited amount. 24 hours later, I was able to do the same again. However, when it came to using the service to buy Bitcoins, I was unable to do so I needed to upload documents which I didn't have at the time. I wasn't even able to simply sign in and access my account until I'd uploaded my documents. I was away from home and consequently, didn't have my documents at hand.Whilst I don't have a problem with this, this should have been required at the start. I thought it was 'cheeky' that I was able to make two deposits over two days but then when I wanted to exchange the money for Bitcoins and use the service, I needed verification!I'm sorry, but telling me to read the small print having advertised the opposite simply isn't good enough. When I finally was in position to use the service and purchase Bitcoins to send a payment of £127, well, I didn't get much change from £160. You do the maths!Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.
