Took a few hours to hear back but they did push my transaction through which was stuck in the "Exchanging" step. Moving money can be scary when you get a hiccup like that but considering how busy exchanges are these days Im pleased with the response. Ive ben using Changelly a few years now and this my my first problem. Will keep using their service.
