About a month ago, I lost some XRP when I purchased them from Simplex via Changelly. For some reason, either Changelly or Simplex discarded the Destination Tag and so the tokens were not credited into my Nexo account. This happened twice. The first time, I was already sure that I entered my XRP address and Destination Tag correctly, but I had no proof. So, I made another purchase; this time, taking screen shots of every step as proof of my transaction. Again, I made sure to enter the correct XRP address and Destination Tag and I took screenshots of those. Again, I did not receive the tokens and when I checked the transaction in the XRP explorer, the destination tag was, as suspected, missing, again.I reached out to Changelly and Simplex but they wouldn't help me. They just pointed fingers at each other, insisting that there was no problem on their side even with the proof I showed them.I will never buy from them again.
