SCAM site too worked with Mr Douglas Morgan who claimed to exchange BTC for Eth sent the said amount they claimed it didn't enter after 3 confirmations I wrote sending emails and screenshots as well as the transaction Hash on blockchain so they could verify but all fell on deaf ears mailed Douglas again he told me they would refund me which was never done don't try them they are Scam scam scam
