I tried my first exchange today, but I made a stupid, rookie error by putting the wrong tag# when sent; this made it more of a challenge than it should have been. They're working to manually correct it, and hopefully I'll receive my TRX within 24 hours. Nevertheless, I subsequently completed two (2) additional transactions without a hitch (learned quickly lol!) Think I'll use them going forward and have already recommended them to my crypto team, to use as another option. Very pleased so far and like the rates/fees as they are much lower than my Klever wallet (where you can buy & SWAP within the app...but EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS FEES!)
