Withdrawal completed but not actually sent?!

On December 28, 2017, I've submitted a withdrawal request on CEX.IO in the amount of $9,739.79 USD to my European bank account.After about two weeks(!!) the transaction's status was changed from "pending" to "completed". Two weeks after that (4 weeks in total) I still haven't received the deposit into my bank account.I've submitted numerous support requests (last one was ticket #626028), but I never got a human to response. All I get are auto responders with template messages.Did anyone else here faces this issue with CEX? Have I lost my money?I was under the impression that this is a reliable exchange but I was obviously wrong about that.
