I have now been waiting since 9th Dec for an approved cash withdrawal from CEX. I have sent continual requests for a resolution but they are snowed under with backdated requests. This is not instilling confidence and they should close all new registrations until this backlog clears and make customers aware that getting funds out of them is extremely slow. 20+ Days to process withdrawals is unacceptable. They have also removed my card for withdrawals, so my money is locked in. Avoid if you want to see your profits anytime soon.18/01/18 Update; Still no news on my bank withdrawals it’s nearly 6 weeks since I got the withdrawal confirmation, this surely is unacceptable. No response from support either !20/01/18 Finally response from customer support, they have acknowledged my withdrawal issue, personally, not with a blanketresponse. I have been told that Bank Transfer system is backlogged and assured me that my withdrawal is in the process of being resolved.
