Terrible experience. I was robbed of my funds. I am a PrimeXBT customer, where it is possible to buy BTC by credit card payment, using the CEX.IO payment form.So I wanted to buy BTC with a credit card. The money was deducted from my bank account, however I did not receive the confirmation email needed to send BTC to my wallet. I contacted CEX.IO support. Without success. I've been trying to get my money back for almost two months. I have contacted CEX.IO customer support many times. They always promise to deal with the problem, but nothing has happened. They still just ignore. It is not possible to contact them. There is also no way to get my funds back. So, I lost my money. Customer support? There is none.
