Poor Customer Service. Dissapointed.

Poor Customer Service.up111959335. I requested a withdrawal of funds to my credit card (over 900 pounds). The withdrawal has been approved yet I still my card has still not been credited.Secondly, I made a bank transfer deposit of 2500 Pounds. This still has not shown up on my account. I have opened a ticket with customer support and they still have not responded to me after following it up. My bank have confirmed that the funds were received by their polish bank today. I am growing very concerned as to what is happening with my money. The fact that there is no other medium to communicate with CEX.IO apart from a support ticket system that doesn't really get answered is not right. If anybody from CEX is reading this, please explain to me via response to my ticket/emails what is happening.
