Lost more than 5 BTC due to a confirmed technical issue on their side. Got 0.37 BTC compensation.Update to reply:"We are sorry that crypto trading appeared to be lossmaking and disappointing for you." The trading was not lossmaking to me, bugs in your system were.And this was confirmed various times by your support:"At the moment, the issue with your account is identified, but we need more time to fix it. We cannot guarantee that you will face no issues again yet, but we are doing our best to solve those problems.
