Im user up105017523, im from Guatemala i was working flawlessly with cex.io im new at this crypto world so i decided to verify myself from the beginning, and in my first transactions it was requested from me my bank statements so i provide them with out a problem so i continue buying btc until 9 of August i was requested again my bank statements so i provided again because my money is well earned and part of my savings to buy mining equipment, in BITMAIN but when i send my btc payments directly my account is suspended and i deposit 2 times from my credit card and no money in my account but is debited and no btc and BITMAIN has no payment from me i will loose my equipment order, cex is affecting me very bad, i send many emails its has been 4 days and no response only automated messages i feel ignored when i need it most.Please help me your customer service is very bad.if you will suspend an account please do a warning in your website or app to advertise this matter has me problems because i dont have money and no btc payments
