I did a wrong transaction to CEX internal wallet. Want to say, that it was absolutely my fail. To be honest I was ready to say goodbye to my money, but decided to ask CEX support team for help firstly. Also I found several topics on main forums where people discuss CEX service and notice about helping-activity of CEX representatives in each of them. So I create a ticket, describe my issue, indicate all details about transaction and started to wait keeping patience. Within the extra reasonable period my ticked was resolved and money was on internal CEX wallet. I have no doubts that they do their best and as for me CEX is a five star service. I think, that the negative experience of people goes in case that "we want it right here and right now", but sometimes some issue might takes more time that we expect.
