I am new to owning crypto but decided to test the experience and bought a small amount of 2 coins. Things went well until I tried to move them to an external wallet. In essence, the compliance department blocked my account after I tried to increase my daily limit. I am all for keeping the bad guys out but if there is a problem with my documentation then tell me what it is! To receive a computer bot message with no explanation is infuriating.Luckily I received a friendly email apologizing for their error and I was able to connect on Zoom to Mr. Mark Springer who unblocked my account and increased my limit. He was extremely helpful and most apologetic. CEX went from -5 to +5 stars and I will continue to use them!
