2 weeks have gone and Deposit has not shown up in my account

*Update 2*: Despite the finance been telling me the compliance team is verifying my funds (for days) and it will be credited to my account, I have not seen my money showing up yet. This is contradicting with your earlier response CEX, "the finance team only take 1 day to credit my account but the bank could take up to 14 days to process the transfer". *Update 1* : a ticket was raised regard to the issue by CEX team as a response to my review. Great job, uve earned yourself an extra star! However, despite the finance been telling me the compliance team is verifying my funds and it will be credited to my account, I have not seen my money showing up yet. I am feeling very insecure at this point for my deposit, which was bank transfered on the 13th. 2 weeks later, I still see no money been credited to my account. CEX responded to me that their finance team only take 1 day to credit my account but the bank could take up to 14 days to process the transfer. And the ticket was closed due to 3 day of "inactivity", when clearly the issue hasn't been resolved yet! That isn't the best way of managing customer relationship. Im happy to to change the review and rating according to how CEX help me to solve this issue. Up105833632.
