Ticket no 1689095Hi there,I emailed blockchain many times to chase up a refund that i have been waiting for two months and still not recieved any update regards to this matter. I sent to many emails to the support asking for my refund to be processed and i had no response to any of my emails. I would like to know what has happened and why my refund hasn’t processed yet?I have provided them a bitcoin address to send my refund as they requested from last communication i had from them.
