I used to use this website for some time, since their partnership with Coinify to provide an easier way to buy Bitcoin using a credit/debit card.The issue arose not long ago, where my fully authorised account (with identity confirmed long ago) had a purchase placed on a hold, for over a week. They said it was for my safety, but all it did was inconvenience me, and a friend who mentioned the same thing happening to her when I voiced my frustration.On top of this, I've been receiving nothing but advertising and begging in e-mails for me to use the service, alongside completely unrelated e-mails on why Crypto is some holy grail of investments. I want to note that I did not opt into this knowingly, and this is far from the behaviour I've gotten from a competitor service, which has lower fees and better rates somehow than the Coinify/Blockchain partnership. I don't think I'll be back here.For the record, I have never received such spam e-mails from the competitor that I am currently using.
