Blockchain summarily closed my Exchange account a month ago. They told me they suspected it could have been compromised because it had been accessed from different geolocations. Which is readily explained by the fact that I use a VPN for all my internet access. Obviously they could have checked with me first, but they didn't.Normally this wouldn't have been a problem but for the fact that I had funds on deposit with them. It's been a month now, and they still haven't refunded or returned anything. I keep writing to their customer service but I keep getting the same nonsense about how the COVID has really caused a tremendous backlog. I'm beginning to wonder whether or not they've just stolen my money!!
