I see Blockchain replying to multiple customers on here saying how easy it is to contact their customer service to resolve any issues. I assure anyone reading this, this is definitely not the case. - I have sent multiple emails to [email protected]
over the past week and have got no reply.- There is no way to contact them through Facebook as they've mentioned. Their official Facebook page does not have an option to send them a message. - There is no live chat as mentioned in previous comments. If you click the 'Help' button (in the bottom right) on their website, you are took to a glorified FAQ which doesn't answer any questions.
