Unfortunately I can only give a bad review. I have been dealing with their support service since early November with regards to a lost deposit that was not credited to my account. I have not yet resolved this matter yet and am frustrated by getting emails from them asking for more information that has already been supplied. This delaying has cost me dearly as I was intending on acquiring Bitcoin in November. The price has increased dramatically since then.This is the only dealings I've had with them and I'm not too impressed so far and am wary about doing any further business with them. He asked for information which I attached and about a week later asked for the same information.
