I have a bitpaywallet so i thought the idea of get a bitpay creditcard connected to my bitpaywallet was really good, and i didnt have to exchange my BTC, now i could just use mit bitpay creditcard instead...So i went through a long and demanding validating process, but it was cool it would be worth it, and i paid them 15 Usd for the card....Then finally after a month or so, i recived a mail 16/12-2017 telling me that my bitpaycard was sent, and it arrived 20 or 21/12-2017....I never made it to put any funds on it, because in the first week of januar 2018 i recived a new mail telling my BRAND NEW bitpaycard was closed, and in case i had any funds on it i should seek to have it returned from some 3 company....I wrote about 10-15 mails to numerous different bitpay departments, telling i cant be true they nothing knew when they took my money and send me my card, and i didnt have it more than 2 weeks before all bitpaycards was useless, at least i wanted my 15 Usd back from bitpay to whom i had paid for a worthless piece of plastic....They throws me around between different departments in hope that i will give up eventually, and that i have, its only 15 Usd...BUT THAT IS HOW BITPAY EARNS THEIR MONEY, I AM FROM DENMARK AND HERE WE HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN A NO GOOD PRODUCT...THE CUSTOMERSERVICE IS THE MOST AMATUER AND RUDE PLACE YOU CAN IMAGINE...TAKE MY ADVICE, IF YOU THINKING OF SIGNING UO AT BITPAY, DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND THINK AGAIN.....
