I'm so happy that the exchange I'm in is Bitfinex I had a security breech in my personal computers and got around 8 BTC stolen from my account using my info... It only took BItfinex 3 days of email exchanging with me to fix the problem and get my money back!! I can't thank their support team enough that money was most of my savings, thank god I'm in bitfinex!
