I have had the best support experience ever on Bitfinex, I was locked out of my account due to me logging in from other country and then forgetting 2FA codes. They fixed it within 28 hours of me opening a ticket. The response was very positive and professional. Overall my experience has been great. I have been using bitfinex for over 8 months. I love the UI, it’s so simplistic with amazing features. I have been using the sophisticated advanced features to earn quite a lot. My experience has been very good. I have used the API for 2 months creating the best charts and the prices update quite often on the API. The only big issue I found was US citizens cannot use the exchange which is very bad.
