Bitfinex is an amazing exchange in my eyes I've joined them a few months ago and haven't had any big problem at all apart for the time that it took to verify my account which took exactly 5 days, contacted their support team throughout those days and they helped me fix what was wrong with my verification, after that was smooth sailing, they have an amazing platform(I recommend it only for experienced users), lots of assets to trade as well and as I said before you if encounter any problem the support team is more than able to help you, they seem to only hire really professional people!
