Recently I have transferred 4250 XRPs to my BitBNS wallet. Unfortunately XRPs didn't reach my wallet. Upon analysing , I found that, BitBNS changed my XRP address and the same was not communicated to me. They have one small notification in the mid of Aug 20. From 2018 till last month, I was transferring to my old address. Immediately after found that, I raised tickets, but no one is responding to any of my tickets till now. It's almost 10 days. But other exchanges are helping their customers with this kind of issues. No proper customer service if in case of issues from BitBNS.
