The exchange is filled with bugs, as there is no order confirmation signal, and the screen does not AUTOMATICALLY refresh when you place or cancel an order so you can easily forget or not realise what is happening. There has been times when a order was placed when i was not even finished putting the correct price. You can guess what happens when you contact their support, either a monkey or now i think they just have a automated computer that deals with you.
