Singapore-based blockchain company Cloud Alliance have announced a partnership with the iconic gaming company Unity as part of their upcoming initial coin offering (ICO) for their Cloud Moolah cryptocurrency known as the MOO token, and their blockchain-based game store platform MOO Store.

According to the Cloud Moolah website, the new platform is “an aggregated payment system which combines popular localized payment methods such as telco top-up cards, prepaid cards, ebanking, and the new Moo token.” The company aims to “enable game developers to collect in-app revenue from gamers who do not own credit cards.”

Partnering with Unity allows Cloud Alliance to bring their Moo Store to over 5.5 million Unity game developers, enabling independent developers to independently market their games to global audiences and acquire new revenue streams. Gamers will be able to use Cloud Moolah to exchange tokens for both games and in-game purchases through the MOO Store.

Singapore-based private investment firm Aetius Capital has already invested $30 mln in the Cloud Alliance ICO. Through the Unity partnership, Cloud Alliance aims to reach over 100 million gamers across Southeast Asia.

According to Cloud Alliance Co-Founder Jonathan Sze, the MOO Store aims to “eliminate chargebacks and reduce the risk of fraud” while “enabling developers to save on intermediary costs such as retail margins and currency conversion fees.”

CloudMoolah has already been successfully integrated into the Unity Editor and is now offered on Amazon Apps, Apple's iOS App Store and Google Play Store in the Unity Editor.
