I recently opened a new account with Gemini everything went well until I wired money into my account suddenly I got a message saying they have received my transfer but my account has been frozen I have to verify my identity which I did got a email again this time to answer 4 questions which I did also it has been hours my account is still frozen and am extremely worried about my funds I have sent so many emails and no replies back you guys really need to improve your customer care it really sucks
